That Cortana, she's so hot right now. So hot.
Anyone else updating to WP8.1?

I updated a few hours ago and still finding all of the new updates. I love the new action center. I'm pissed what they did to the "Me Hub" as it's pretty much worthless right now. Week by week Calendar view was a long time coming.
I noticed they finally added VPN support, but I don't think it's one that I can use. I don't think my NAS supports IKEv2 for authentication, which is a shame.

If Verizon ever releases the damn update I'll be doing it, but currently waiting on the big V. It could be months :/

Go get the developer preview. It's free, and you don't actually have to develop anything.
Does void your phone warranty though.
http://dev.windowsphone.com/en-us
sign in, then choose dev preview os.

Yeah, I like my 928 too much to void the warranty...

Pfft... All it does is unlock the OS so you can download the release early.
I've done this twice on my 920. No issues at all.

Oh, I in no way am presuming that the software is a problem, just that if I do have a hardware problem while the phone is still under warranty I don't want them to have any reason to deny my coverage. Though there are refurb 928s kicking around ot there for under $200 now...

Now that the download is all done, it's pretty nifty. You can have 3 live tiles across the screen, display photos in the background of your live tiles, and Cortana is going to be awesome.
Since I'm at work I haven't had the chance to test everything out yet.
